    • Delivery fees are based on the zip code of where the gift will be delivered. Complimentary delivery is limited to locations within 7 miles from Restrained Whimsy.
    • Deliveries take place after 6pm in the evening. 
    • Special requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to fee.

What do I do first?

  • Contact us at Info@restrainedwhimsy.com with:
    • The occasion
    • Your budget 
    • Sensitivities to allergies or scents we need to take into consideration.
    • If you have already found something on our site that you really would like included.

Can I include or add items you do not sell?

  • Unfortunately, no. 

Can I include a personal note with my gift?

  • Yes.  In the comment section include a personal note if desired. We will add it to your gift.

Will it be gift wrapped...with a bow?

  • Yes. We wrap your gift (with a bow) and send you a picture. It's way more fun to see the wrapped gift you are giving!
  • Note: If your gift is going to require shipping, we will wrap it in tissue with a bow inside of the shipping box to save you a little money and still give your gift a fabulous look when it's opened. If you would like a traditional wrapping inside of the shipping box, additional fees will apply.

How will I know when my gift was delivered?

  • When your gift has been deliver, you will receive email confirmation.

What if I need my gift shipped instead of delivered locally?

  • If you need it shipped, rather than a local delivery, an additional shipping charge will be added. We ship all over the country so you are all good!

Do I get to see options in advance of making a purchase?

  • Yes. We send you pictures of groupings to consider before you make your purchase (so you can see the "first hand" before making the final selection)! We want you to be as excited about giving your gift, as the person getting to open it!

How do I pay for it?

  • Once you have made your selection, we send a link for you to make your purchase.
